Center for Healing Childhood Trauma is the single most comprehensive referral source for sexual abuse and family related cases in San Bernardino and Orange Counties. Established in 1990, Center for Healing has long standing relationships with Family Court, Probation Department, and the Department of Family Services (DFS) in three counties. Center for Healing Childhood Trauma ("Center for Healing"; "the Center") has been providing counseling and education services to victims of child abuse and their families since January of 1990. Center for Healing Childhood Trauma is the DBA for the 501 (c)(3) charitable non-profit corporation People Against Childhood Trauma c1615033.

All our staff are highly qualified and required to undergo both professional supervision as well as rigorous ongoing training in the filed of sexual abuse. In fact, Center for Healing Childhood Trauma has become the premier training facility for sexual abuse in both San Bernardino and Orange Counties.

Center for Healing Childhood Trauma was co-founded in 1990 by Jeanne Smith, MS, MFT (MFCC).

The Center is a (PU) certified provider of comprehensive treatment for all aspects of Sexual Abuse in the family system in the tri-county area. Jeanne Smith has become a noted guest lecturer nationwide on the highly effective model the Center has pioneered, and has spoken to both radio and television audiences in the United States and abroad.

The Center has also been recognized as a BBSE approved training facility for Marriage and Family Therapists as well as Licensed Clinical Social Workers in California.
